This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with GlassGlow.
Destinations and availability
We only ship to destinations enabled during checkout. Country or region availability, shipping methods, and their cost are shown before you complete your order.
Estimated delivery times
Where available for the selected destination, we currently offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days and Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 24–72 hours.
These times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, carrier issues, customs, availability, or circumstances beyond GlassGlow's reasonable control. This does not limit any consumer rights under applicable law.
Shipping costs
Applicable costs and conditions are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Where enabled, standard shipping may be free once the configured minimum order value is reached. The final amount shown at checkout applies to that order.
Preparation and logistics
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. We work with external suppliers and logistics operators, so some orders may ship directly from a supplier logistics center and, in some cases, may be split into more than one package.
Tracking
When the shipping method includes tracking, we will provide the link or available information once the carrier generates it.
Delivery address
Check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, email soporte@glassglowstore.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once preparation or shipping has started.
Customs and import taxes
International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs procedures depending on the destination. Where these amounts are not included in the price or at checkout, they may be charged by the authorities or carrier in accordance with local regulations.
Issues
If your order arrives damaged, does not match what you purchased, or has a delivery issue, contact us and include your order number. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
